This Refund Policy explains when and how Ordify Store Builder ("we", "us") issues refunds for paid plans purchased through LemonSqueezy. By purchasing a plan you agree to this Policy.
We want you to be satisfied with Ordify Store Builder. If something isn't working as expected, please reach out before requesting a refund — we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase for monthly or yearly plans. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.
Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are only available for your first payment on a given plan. Subsequent renewal charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Email us at hello@ordify.site with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address used to purchase your plan and the date of purchase.
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Once approved, the refund is processed through LemonSqueezy and typically appears in your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges — your storefront remains active and fully functional until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you are within the eligibility window described above and wish to receive a refund upon cancellation, please contact us at hello@ordify.site.
The following are not eligible for a refund: (a) requests made outside the eligibility window; (b) renewal charges on an existing subscription; (c) accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service; (d) cases where a free trial was provided and converted to a paid plan more than 7 days prior to the refund request.
All new accounts automatically receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is required to start your trial. If you decide not to upgrade, simply do not enter payment details — no charge will be made.
If you upgrade during or after your trial and are within the 7-day refund window from the date of your first charge, you are still eligible to request a refund under Section 2.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout via LemonSqueezy. We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method or as store credit.
Once a refund is approved your subscription will be cancelled and your storefront will be taken offline.
Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory rights you may have under consumer-protection or distance-selling laws in your jurisdiction. If applicable law grants you additional refund rights, those rights apply regardless of the terms above.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via a banner on the Service. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
